3. Device Condition Disclaimer
For refurbished and used devices:
- Devices are tested and confirmed functional before sale
- Battery health may vary and is not guaranteed unless stated

8. Returns & Replacements Policy

Conditions:

- Item must be in the same condition received
- Must include original packaging and accessories
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor cosmetic issues already disclosed
- Used/refurbished devices functioning as described
Resolution:
- Approved returns will be handled via replacement with the same or equivalent product
- If replacement is not available, GadgetGrove may offer store credit at its discretion
9. Warranty Policy
- Brand New Devices: Covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable
- Refurbished Devices: Covered by a 1-month limited warranty
- Used Devices: Sold as-is unless otherwise stated
Warranty covers:
- Functional defects only, primarily on software (does not cover physical damage, misuse, or water damage)
10. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the site for illegal activities
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the website
11. Limitation of Liability
GadgetGrove is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
